Conveyed prototype
An unfinished prototype for GameDev.TV gamejam 2026. The theme was Connections! So a first attempt at an automation game, using Godot!
Convey your conveyors! Create an automation (drills, conveyor belts, smelters, etc) to fuel a mobile factory which you use to explore a world. Encounter other entities (creatures, factories etc) and subsume them.
Controls:

| Mouse middle drag | Pan camera |
| WASD/arrows | Move factory |
| Q/E | Rotate (bug: messes up camera panning) |
| Top-left menu | Select automation type to place (only conveyors so far :( ) |
Status
Sadly didn't get anywhere near finishing.
Did manage some pixel art, Godot coding, learned more about design etc.
Feedback?
Obviously it's not worth reviewing but I'd love to hear any thoughts on whether you think it'd be worth taking any further. I was quite enjoying working on it!
